I managed different customer projects at an web-agency, built an app department from scratch in the gambling industry and had been responsible for technical frameworks like oAuth in the banking sector.

Although I focused on web-based products, I had been responsible for a variety of product types like

  • customer portals for B2C and B2B,
  • internal workflow applications,
  • dynamic purchasing platforms.

With my first steps of working iterative and incremental at the web-agency, I fell for agile approaches. I setup a feature driven Kanban process to manage 20+ people working together and made Scrum work for a high performance team.

All of this has helped me as an Agile Leader to support my Product Owners and Scrum Masters with practical, as well as professional advise during their development journey.
